Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how FincalFY (“we”, “us”) — published by Nisman Digital Lab (nismandigital.com) — uses cookies and similar technologies on fincalfy.com (the “Site”). We publish FincalFY under the operating name Nisman Digital Lab; formal company registration under this name may not yet be complete. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies for essential Site operation, analytics, and (where enabled) advertising. This supports compliance expectations for programmes such as Google AdSense and helps us understand usage through Google Analytics (GA4).

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, session storage, and software development kits (SDKs) used in web contexts.

3. Cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Site to function, for example to support security features, remember basic preferences, or balance traffic across servers. Where required by law, strictly necessary cookies may be placed without consent.

3.2 Analytics (Google Analytics 4 / GA4)

We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the Site (for example pages viewed, approximate geography, device category, and events such as scrolls or outbound clicks, depending on configuration). GA4 may set cookies or use identifiers to distinguish sessions and measure engagement.

Google may process this data under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Depending on your region and our cookie controls, analytics cookies may require consent before they are used.

3.3 Advertising (Google AdSense)

Where enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • serve and measure ads
  • help prevent fraud and abuse
  • limit how often you see the same ad
  • personalise ads based on your activity and information Google has (depending on your settings and applicable law)

AdSense may allow third-party vendors and ad networks to set or read cookies as part of delivering ads. Those partners are responsible for their own practices, subject to Google’s policies and applicable law.

4. Consent and your choices

Depending on your location, we may present a cookie banner or consent tool, or rely on browser-based controls. You can manage cookies through your browser settings by blocking or deleting cookies. If you disable certain cookies, some Site features may not work as intended.

For Google ads personalisation, you can review Google’s Ads Settings and other Google resources for opting out or controlling ad personalisation, in addition to any consent tool we provide.

5. “Do Not Track”

There is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals. We may not respond to such signals in a uniform way; however, we aim to comply with applicable law and provide reasonable cookie controls where required.

6. Data retention

Cookie lifetimes vary. Some cookies expire when you close your browser; others may persist for months or longer depending on their purpose and provider settings (for example GA4 or AdSense configuration).

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
